What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A sample for checking is available starting from 1PC. For trial production orders, our standard MOQ is 500pcs.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance paid before shipment) and L/C at sight.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available. While samples are charged initially, we will return the sample fee when you place a bulk quantity order.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We ship via Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX) which takes 3-7 working days. We can also coordinate with your specified shipping agent or recommend economical options for safe transport.
What is the expected delivery time for orders?
Sample orders are typically processed within 3 working days. For bulk quantity orders, the lead time is approximately 15-20 working days.
Can you manufacture products based on custom designs?
Absolutely. We have been in the lighting business since 2008 and offer full OEM and ODM services. We are supported by professional R&D engineers and our own mould factory backup.
