Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, while mass production time typically requires 1-2 weeks for order quantities exceeding standard batches.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer a 2-5 years warranty on our professional lighting products.
How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate less than 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights or provide repairs/solutions based on the specific situation.
