What about the lead time for production?
Samples take about 3-5 work days. Mass production time usually requires 1-2 weeks for order quantities exceeding 5000pcs.
What payment methods do you support?
We support various payment methods including T/T, Paypal, and Western Union.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
For small quantities, we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. For mass orders over 45kg, we also provide sea shipment or airport-to-airport cargo options.
Is it possible to print my logo on the product?
Yes, labeling and logo printing services are available. Please contact us with your design and to confirm the MOQ for labeling.
