For the lamps, we have a 2-year warranty. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we will cover the shipping cost and replacement.
Can I use my own logo or design on goods?
Yes. Customized logos and designs for mass production are available. We can add your logo directly to the LED bulbs.
Can we design our own packaging?
Yes. While our default is regular packing, we can accommodate customers who wish to create their own specialized packaging.
Can you supply samples?
Yes, we can supply samples. You would be responsible for the sample and courier charges, which will be refunded to you after you place a formal order with us.
What is your regular delivery time?
Our regular OEM and ODM orders take about 30 days. If there are no special requirements for the package, we can deliver goods within 20 days.
