What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight, DP, online orders, Western Union, and PayPal. Normal terms are 30% deposit and balance against copy of BL.
What is the difference between a Motion sensor and a PIR sensor?
Motion (radar) sensors emit high-frequency waves to detect movement up to 10-15 meters accurately. PIR sensors detect environmental temperature changes with a range of 3-8 meters.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, our normal warranty is 2 years. We also offer 3-5 years for premium product lines. Our lamps are designed to work reliably well beyond the warranty period under normal usage.
