What is the warranty for your LED products?
We offer a 2 to 5-year warranty. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we will handle the replacement and relevant shipping costs.
Can I use my own logo or design on the goods?
Yes. Customized logos and designs for mass production are available (OEM services).
How do you handle packaging for safety?
Standard packing is available, or we can create custom color boxes with double-layer strong cartons to minimize logistics damage.
Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can supply samples. The sample and courier charges will be credited back to you once a formal order is placed.
What is the regular delivery time?
Regular OEM and ODM orders take about 30 days. If there are no special packaging requirements, we can deliver within 20 days.
